Client Service Analyst

The Client Service Analyst is responsible for the daily analysis of electronic client files to ensure the accuracy of all enrollments, terminations, and system data. This position involves analyzing various electronic files such as client imports, carrier exports, carrier discrepancy reports, and payroll exports. The analyst will post and analyze imported and exported files, following strict processing procedures and schedules to complete daily tasks. They are also responsible for the timely completion of all processes, including audits and discrepancy reports, and resolving them within a project tracking tool. The role requires direct communication with insurance carriers to update and synchronize eligibility information and responding to client service questions and issues with accurate and timely answers. The analyst will also troubleshoot file errors, enroll and terminate participant eligibility with carriers, and assist with annual enrollment testing as needed, all while maintaining policy according to HIPAA.

Operations Specialist

The Operations Specialist will be a key member of a high-performance team within a rapidly growing financial services firm. This role operates at the intersection of technology, data, and business processes, tasked with solving complex problems and creating a meaningful impact on the business. The specialist will partner with executives and multi-functional teams on various ad hoc projects, crafting analyses to surface and resolve core business issues. A primary responsibility includes maintaining the company’s systems and processes, and gathering insights through periodic operational reporting. This individual will act as the custodian of the tech stack and CRM system, responsible for its organization and enhancement over time. Additionally, the role involves negotiating and managing vendor contracts for technology purchases, and developing regular reporting to track overall business health and performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of data in CRM (preferably Salesforce), data warehouses, and BI analytics tools, along with SQL proficiency. They should possess an extreme ownership mentality, strong project management skills, and a bias for action and moving quickly, with 2-3 years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy, and/or Finance.
