This role offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 – $78,000, commensurate with experience and location, and a comprehensive benefits package. As a Client Success Specialist, you will be instrumental in delivering a superior customer experience by managing client relationships, fielding technical and business inquiries, and leading product training sessions that support clients’ business objectives. You will become an expert on the company’s products, serving as a trusted advisor to your contacts and ensuring they realize the full value of the data provided. Key responsibilities include proactively managing client relationships, monitoring account health and customer satisfaction, and analyzing data to create compelling narratives and insights for clients. You will deliver customized product and methodology training, partner closely with sales teams to grow and amplify client relationships, and identify opportunities to improve client deliverables by anticipating needs and offering creative solutions. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, 2-4 years of experience in a client-facing role within research, analytics, or media, and an understanding of audience measurement. You must possess excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage deadlines and client expectations effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

HR Program Specialist
This position has a target hourly rate of $30.00 and includes a competitive benefits package. The HR Program Specialist will be an integral part of the HR Administration team, working cross-functionally to provide new associates with an impactful and engaging onboarding experience. The primary responsibility is to manage the full onboarding function for all candidates from the moment a final offer is accepted. This includes the distribution and coordination of all required onboarding documents, such as employment paperwork, tax forms, and background check authorizations. You will ensure candidates understand all upcoming events and expectations, while monitoring and reviewing all returned documents for accuracy and compliance with company standards. The role involves diligent follow-up on each required element of the onboarding process, liaising with various departments, vendors, and the candidates themselves. You will also be responsible for the preparation and tracking of all new hire paperwork, maintaining electronic files, and assisting with special HR projects as needed. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of recent experience in HR or credentialing administration in a high-volume setting, excellent communication skills, and a strong knowledge of federal and state HR regulations, with proficiency in systems like iCIMS and UltiPro being a plus.
