The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be instrumental in driving the company’s growth by managing the full lifecycle of the recruitment process. This individual will partner with hiring managers to deeply understand their team’s needs and develop effective sourcing and recruiting strategies to attract top-tier talent. Responsibilities include sourcing passive candidates through various channels, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and guiding candidates through the entire hiring process to ensure a positive experience. The specialist will also be responsible for building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings. A key part of the role is to act as a brand ambassador, passionately communicating the company’s vision and values to potential hires. This position requires a proactive and creative approach to finding talent, excellent communication skills to engage with both candidates and internal stakeholders, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
