The Global People Operations Specialist will play a vital role in supporting a diverse, remote workforce across the globe. This individual will be responsible for a wide range of HR operational tasks, including onboarding, managing global policies, employee relations, and offboarding. A key aspect of this position is ensuring compliance with global labor laws and internal policies across more than 45 countries. The specialist will partner with the legal and compliance team to maintain up-to-date knowledge of international regulations. They will also work closely with the finance team on compensation-related matters, ensuring accurate and timely processing of all employee payables throughout the employee lifecycle. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR operations, preferably in a global, fully remote company within the SaaS or technology industry. They will possess in-depth knowledge of global HR compliance, employee relations, and best practices across various regions. This individual will be a key business partner, providing insights and guidance on organizational development, employee experience, and performance. The ideal candidate will have a data-driven mindset, leveraging HR metrics to drive decisions and improvements, and will be adept at managing external partners, such as Employers of Record. This position offers an estimated annual salary of $40,800 – $50,500, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package. The Patient IT Service Desk Technician is responsible for providing exceptional technical support and assistance to patients using the patient portal. This role involves troubleshooting and resolving technical issues and guiding patients on the use of available features to ensure a seamless and positive experience. The technician will provide first-line technical support to patients experiencing issues, assisting with account setup, password resets, and navigation of the portal’s features. A key part of this role is educating patients on how to manage appointments, view test results, and communicate with their healthcare providers through the portal. The individual in this position will be responsible for documenting and tracking patient interactions and technical issues in the service desk system, and for collaborating with other IT team members to escalate and resolve more complex technical issues. It is essential for the technician to maintain up-to-date knowledge of the patient portal’s features and any updates. Ensuring patient confidentiality and data security in all interactions is a top priority, and the successful candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare regulations and patient privacy standards.
