Admissions Application Reader

An individual in this role is responsible for learning and applying the admissions application reading process to a set of assigned applications. The core duty involves reviewing and scoring applications based on specific, pre-determined guidelines. This position plays a crucial part in shaping the incoming class by helping the admissions office identify applicants who are the best fit for the institution. The work is flexible and can be completed from home using a personal computer, with no fixed schedules, allowing for evenings and weekends. The role requires advanced reading comprehension and time management skills, as well as the ability to follow instructions, maintain confidentiality, and work reliably. The work commitment is typically around 17.5-20 hours from the date of hire through mid-January, with additional availability required during two one-week peak periods in early June and August.

Call Center Analyst
